Official Support and Scam Prevention

Scammers pretend to be Lium support. This page shows the only official support path and what never to share.

Keep support conversations in the official ticket

The safest support path is the official Lium Discord server → #tickets → one of the three buttons → your private ticket.

Contact Lium support

Join the official server

Open the official lium.io Discord server: discord.gg/lium.

Open a ticket

Go to #tickets. Under Need help from the Lium team?, press the button that matches your problem: Rental / pod problem, Provider / node problem or Billing / payments.

Describe the problem

The form has one field, What do you need help with?. Write your pod id or executor id, what you did and what you saw. Submit it.

Talk inside the ticket

A private ticket opens. Only you and the Lium team can see it. Keep the whole conversation there.

The buttons belong to the Lium Tickets bot. Lium team members who answer inside your ticket are the trusted support path.

Never share

  • Passwords
  • Seed phrases or recovery phrases
  • Private keys, coldkeys, hotkeys or wallet files
  • API keys, access tokens or other credentials

Lium support never needs these. Anyone who asks for them is a scammer.

How scams look

  • After you ask in a public channel, someone DMs you or tells you to move somewhere else.
  • You are invited or added to a "support" channel or another Discord server.
  • Someone uses the same name or avatar as a real Lium team member. Names and avatars prove nothing.
  • You get a link for "RPC setup", "wallet connect", "refund", "compensation", "penalty appeal" or "support verification".
  • Someone pressures you to act fast outside your ticket.

A team member may ask to continue in DMs only inside your official ticket. Then open their profile from the ticket and start the DM yourself.

If you are not sure

Stop

Do not click links and do not share secrets.

Verify in a ticket

Open a fresh ticket in #tickets and ask the Lium team to confirm the request.

Report the scammer

Report the user to Discord, and tell the Lium team in your ticket.
