# Rental Workload Privacy

Do not access, inspect, modify, copy data from, or interfere with rental containers or the volumes
attached to them.

If an operation of yours needs to touch a rental workload, contact the Lium team **first**, through
the [official Discord support flow](../security/official-support-and-scams.md#the-safest-way-to-contact-lium-support).

Confirmed unauthorized access or interference results in a permanent
[ban](./rewards/penalties.mdx#provider-ban) from the Lium network. In force since 2026-08-19.
